Training Objective
Provide you with tools you can quickly put into practice to help sustain you and to improve stress management, personal resilience, well-being, performance capacity and prevent burn-out.

Training Content
Evidence-based breathing techniques, physical exercises, relaxation, cognitive input, discussion, self-reflection, group work
3 days x 3 hours
It is essential to attend ALL sessions FULLY
For whom?
For people involved in helping refugees: employees and volunteers of non-governmental organisations, humanitarian organisations, representatives of local governments, as well as mental health professionals, teachers and others actively involved in helping refugees.
Fee
A small participation fee is asked from the participants. Payment link will be sent upon receipt of registration.
Preparation
Please wear comfortable clothes, have a space to move and lie down, good internet connection, camera needs to work and be switched on throughout the training, have some water to drink

This training is to provide self- and professional-care. If you want to become a trainer of this approach you need to attend additional training.
